Do we ship internationally? Yes we do! We ship worldwide for $15 flat fee. International orders ship out in batch once a week, usually on Monday mornings. Please note the buyer is responsible for any import taxes or fees imposed by their respective country. 


How long do we take to ship? The Xio Bag ships the first week of every month. Non-custom orders we ship within 2 business days, but may take an additional 2 business days during special sales and times of high volume. We ask for 10-15 business days for orders containing custom pieces since manual labor is involved. Although we usually ship out in significantly less, this  time is used to ensure  the quality meets our standard prior to shipping. If at any point you have a question regarding your order before it has shipped, feel free to reach out to us via email.  


Do we provide tracking for your package? Yes we do! From the moment we fulfill your order, you receive an email with clickable tracking info so you know where your package is at all times. Please note that once we hand custody of the package to the courier (USPS), we do not control the route your package takes. We purchase insurance on every package so that buyer is fully refunded (at the courier's discretion) in the event the package gets lost after the claim properly filed. 


Can I combine ongoing specials and promo codes? While we try to offer special discounts and promotions throughout the month, these offers cannot be combined in a single order.


Can I switch my xio bag from the gold to silver variant? In order to get your xio bag on its way to you during the first week of every month, the two variants actually function as two separate subscriptions. This means they are not intended to be switched from back and forth. However, you can send us an email with your request to change and our team will try to accommodate your request if your order has not shipped out yet.


How can I cancel my XIO Bag Subscription?  We offer the ability to cancel at any point prior to your membership renewing. Our goal is to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for our members, therefore to cancel you  simply need to send us an email expressing your intent to cancel. Emails received out of business hours are tended to  the next business day in the order they are received. This means that if the 1st of the upcoming month falls on a weekend or holiday, your cancellation request must be sent prior to the end of the previous business day (5pm est). Please note that once your card is charged for a renewal, there will be no refunds issued. No exceptions will be made.

Like most jewelry stores, all sales are final. Once purchase is made, there are no refunds or exchanges. Any issues with an item must be raised via email within 48 hours of  reported delivery, otherwise the sale is deemed final. 


Jewelry Care and Maintenance 

Don't be fooled, even the most precious of metals will lose their luster after extreme exposure to moisture and harsh conditions, so give your jewels the TLC they deserve by following these simple steps :

  • Keep em' dry!

 The fastest way to accelerate tarnishing of your jewelry is by contact with liquids and chemicals. This includes putting on lotions, washing your hands, using sanitizer, perfume, sweating with your jewels on & taking a dip in that refreshing swimming pool. Even the oils on your skin can wear down the plating and metals over time - and this will again vary from person to person based on their skin's alkaline levels.  Be sure to remove all your jewelry before washing your hands, showering, going to the gym or using any chemicals & make sure your hands and body are dry when placing them back on. There's a reason why jewelry is always the FINISHING TOUCH to any outfit.

With that being said, if you want pieces you can wear to the beach or pool, check out some of our stainless steel options. Stainless steel is a highly durable metal which withstands corrosion thanks to an invisible layer of chromium that prevents  rapid oxidation, allowing them to be worn to the beach or pool without tarnishing. 

  • Store em' Properly

Because exposure to the simplest things like the moisture in the air can wear down your jewels, it's important to store them properly ( not in the bathroom, Xio Gals!)  Since most jewelry boxes and cabinets are not airtight, it still allows for the tarnishing process, just at a slower pace. If you want them to last as long as possible, we recommend storing your jewels individually in the zip locked Xio Baggies- but you'll want to make sure you get rid of as much air as possible before sealing it. With the air removed, the metal won't be able to oxidize from the air.

Another tip is to place a piece of chalk, silica gel packet, or 3M anti-tarnish strips in your jewelry box. This helps absorb moisture, which will slow down the process of tarnishing.

  • Cleaning STERLING SILVER pieces ONLY

Sterling Silver pieces can be cleaned using a special silver polishing cloth to buff away oil and restore shine.
